How far in advance should I schedule my ride?

We recommend scheduling at least 24–48 hours in advance to ensure availability. For recurring appointments like dialysis or chemotherapy, we can set up a standing schedule so you never have to call each time.

Can I schedule a return trip at the same time?

Absolutely. When you call to book, simply let us know you need a return trip and we'll arrange both legs of your journey at once.

Do you offer same-day rides?
